Privacy Policy

The short version

We collect minimal data, don't track you across the web, don't sell your data, and don't require an account. Your uploaded files are stored to serve your site - that's it.

What we collect

When you deploy a site:

• Your files - The HTML, CSS, JS, and other files you upload. These are stored to serve your site.
• IP address - Temporarily used for rate limiting to prevent abuse. Not permanently stored or linked to your content.
• Timestamp - When your site was created/updated.

When you visit the main site:

• Basic analytics - Cloudflare provides aggregated analytics (page views, countries, browsers). This is not personally identifiable.

What we don't collect:

• Email addresses (no accounts required)
• Names or personal information
• Payment information (service is free)
• Tracking across other websites

Cookies

We use minimal cookies:

• Password-protected sites - If you set a password on your site, visitors who enter the correct password receive a temporary authentication cookie. This cookie is only for that specific site and expires when the browser closes.
• Cloudflare - Cloudflare may set security-related cookies (like __cf_bm) to protect against bots and attacks.

We don't use advertising cookies, tracking cookies, or analytics cookies.

Data storage

• Files - Stored on Cloudflare R2 (object storage)
• Metadata - Stored on Cloudflare D1 (SQLite database)
• Location - Data is distributed across Cloudflare's global network

Data retention

• Permanent sites - Stored until you delete them using your management phrase
• Temporary sites - Automatically deleted after the expiration time you selected (1 hour to 30 days)
• Rate limit data - Automatically expires after a short period

Third parties

We use Cloudflare for hosting and infrastructure. Their privacy policy applies to their services: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy

We don't share your data with anyone else, and we don't sell data.

Your rights

• Delete your data - Use your management phrase to delete your site and all associated files at any time
• Access your data - Download your site files using the download feature
• No account lock-in - There's no account to delete because there's no account

Children's privacy

This service is not directed at children under 13. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy occasionally. Check the "last updated" date at the top.
